  • Prices for products are listed in Rands. We accept payments via EFT and Paypal.

  • We offer shipping within South Africa. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • We aim to process and ship all orders within 5 business days, but please note that shipping times may vary.
  • Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 48 hour return window from the date of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Open and unsealed items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
